This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders placed on Puffivo are processed and delivered. Puffivo is operated by GraniteBridge Partners LLC.
Order Processing
Orders are normally reviewed and prepared within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation by email and, when available, a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to valid residential and business addresses within the United States. Some remote locations, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time or may have limited service options.
Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery generally takes 5–10 business days after processing. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Any shipping charge is shown before you place your order. If a free-shipping promotion applies, the qualifying conditions will be displayed on the product, cart, or checkout page.
Address Changes
Please verify your shipping address before submitting an order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after an order has entered fulfillment, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address supplied at checkout.
Tracking, Delays, and Missing Packages
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, check the delivery area and contact the carrier first. If the issue remains unresolved, email us within 7 days so we can review the shipment.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item was sent, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@puffivo.com. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement, refund, or other resolution.
