Orders
How do I know my order was received?
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation at the email address provided. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see it.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible at info@puffivo.com. We will try to help before processing begins, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is typically 5–10 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and remote destinations may affect timing.
How can I track my order?
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after dispatch.
Returns and refunds
What is your return window?
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for full conditions and exclusions.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging.
When will I receive my refund?
Approved returns are inspected within 3–5 business days after arrival. Once a refund is issued to the original payment method, your bank or card provider may take an additional 5–10 business days to post it.
